About Us

In 1994 on St Patrick’s Day, some dedicated leaders formed Troop 111.  We embrace the idea of fun with a purpose.
We are boy-led.  Adults monitor and coach the youth, enabling them to lead and follow without constant oversight.  This allows each boy to grow in his leadership skills as he participates in the program.
ScoutsBSA has high standards for leadership and behavior; Scouting builds character, promotes good citizenship, and values personal fitness.
BSA Mission – Vision
The mission of the Boy Scouts of America is to prepare young people to make ethical and moral choices over their lifetimes by instilling in them the values of the Scout Oath and Law.
Troop 111 Mission – Vision
